Mix Your Zhuang Mother Down (Zhuang traditional song and Queen's' 'Tie Your Mother Down' - (re)mixed by Barrie V

This is a piece of musical serendipity - I'd heard a wonderful traditional Zhuang folk song, and around the same time was listening to my all-time favourite band Queen, and in my head, Queens' 'Tie Your Mother Down' seemed to work perfectly with the Zhuang song..
I ran them both into 'CoolEdit' and found that they were both actually already in the same key! Even more than this they seemed to modulate at the same points and had a similar base rhythm.. (this version of Tie Your Mother Down is a kind of 'karaoke/KTV' version I found, - minus my hero Freddie Mercury's main vocal.. apologies Fred.. You're still utterly peerless and irreplaceable.. a true legend.. anyway.. I think you'd approve of this.. (I hope Brian likes it too.. he wrote it originally.. - still got yer solos in there Mr May!) A dear friend who comes from Ping Guo told me her grandmother used to sing this very same folk song, and taught it to her, - it's a kind of love song, a call for a husband.. for love, sung by girls from the mountainsides in Guangxi.. how romantic! (and most amusing to my whimsical nature that it works so well with Queen's Tie Your Mother Down! ha. ;> (thank you StellaTing)
