Oil Painting and Hand Drawn Art

I produce original artworks, drawings and portraits in oil for myself and for clients,
I also create artworks 'after Vincent Van Gogh' and other artists.

This is to say: When I create a Vincent-esque work for someone I don't try to reproduce an exact copy unless that is exactly what the client wants. The most important thing for me and for my clients is to create a genuine hand painted artwork that is made very specifically using the same brush and palette knife  techniques that Van Gogh used himself.

There are many 'famous artist' reproduction websites on the internet and for the most part they churn out reproductions, on canvas, using various types of printers. These are then 'hand brushed' and sold as 'hand-painted' copies of Van Gogh, or whomever. They fail to live up to customers expectations of having a genuine looking painting hanging on their wall! i.e. They are not hand painted in the true sense of the phrase and lack the brush and palette knife depth that a genuine hand-painted oil on canvas should have.

My clients appreciate the authenticity and genuine depth of the painting - it looks real because it is!
(Vincent Van Gogh is one of my greatest influences as a painter.)
